  24. I ftp'd an utility off the net 4 or 5 months ago called CMPEG10 and it basically
  25. converts a sequence of TGA files into an Mpeg 1 stream. Excellent program and
  26. free to boot.

  28. It is available at ftp://ftp.crs4.it/mpeg/programs/

  30. The files to look for are cmpeg10.zip and cmpeg10.readme.
  31. It uncompresses to a DOS executible file. 
  32. Once uncompressed the zip file is pretty explanatory.
